By validating the order, the customer automatically activates the expressed acceptance of the mentioned general sale conditions.

Evan Care reserves the right to change the conditions of use and other regulations published on its website without prior notice. Therefore, it’s advisable to consult regularly the conditions of use, as the frequent use of the website predicts that the changes are accepted by the customer as subject of the latest version.
The general conditions in force at the time of the order will be those that will apply to business transactions between Evan Care and its customers.

If the product has a technical profile (e.g. staining, discoloration, tone over tone, etc.), the customer is fully responsible for the use and handling of the product, meeting the prerequisites required by the brand.
The images may not correspond to the product, either by characteristics, size or packaging quantity.
Prices are announced in euros and British pounds and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Evan Care reserves the right to change the prices displayed on its website at any time due to changes by suppliers.
To place your order on the Online Store, the customer must first fill out the form made available. The customer must reread and confirm the information introduced in the form before validating the order. The Online Store is not responsible for mistakes that occur when filling in the order forms or for errors when sending an e-mail.
Availability of Products
Prices and product offers are considered valid whenever they are visible on our site and within the limit of available stock. Additional information regarding the availability of all items shall be provided by e-mail. If issues arise when obtaining a product from the Online Store, the customer will be informed of the status of the order by phone or e-mail and may choose to cancel or replace it with another product.
Lack of payment
Evan Care reserves the right to refuse or to not deliver an order if there is a full or partial absence of payment for an ordered product.
After placing the order, all payments must be made within 5 days. After this period, the order will be canceled.
